We should make this a invite only clan so that people can't join for just troops. If we raise the trophies every week by 100 we could get a lot stronger fast.

I would eventually like to get to the point where we are invite only. I think we are about a month or so away. We first need to start weeding out the people that are not donating frequently and get a strong group of people in. Then we can switch to invite only.
As far as people requesting and then leaving... The general standing rule right now is to immediately kick out people that join up and request right away. By doing that we run the risk of kicking out someone who really wants to be there... BUT, I'd say 9/10 bail anyway. |

What about the trophies requirement It would make us a lot stronger.
